These TOS apply specifically to commissions, not in stock items. You MUST be 18+ for a commission. No exceptions.
WORK SCHEDULE / VACATION
This is now my full time job. I work 4-5 days a week, no weekends. I have multiple days a year that I will be on vacation or selling at a convention or festival, and I will not be working on commissions at those times. I reserve the right to add or take away days as I see fit. All of these factor into your commission's completion time, so please consider this before purchasing.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service in events to be determined as necessary. Harassment, bullying, threatening, rudeness, and general unreason of any kind will not be tolerated.
DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required on items over $300 before you are put down on the commission queue and anything will be worked on. This deposit is non-refundable because it goes towards supplies needed for your commission. Required non-refundable deposits are as follows:
Head: 1/3 of total
Partial and Fullsuit: 1/4 of total cost
Anything over $300: 1/3 of total cost
PAYMENT & SHIPPING Payments must be completed by Square Invoicing. We do not accept physical payments or paypal.
Shipping is not included in the pricing. An address will be needed to determine shipping cost.
Your commission must be totally paid in full before it will be shipped. If you do not pay in full two weeks after the suit is completed, you forfeit your suit and we reserve the right to sell it as a premade.
Payment plans are usually accepted on items over $100 (unless otherwise noted). If you need a payment plan, we will discuss it when you send in your quote form. Before anything will be started, you must pay a non-refundable deposit.
Payment plan duration will be discussed upon request. Plans are usually 30 days for small parts, 60-90 days for heads, and the same or longer for fullsuits, however we can discuss longer plans.
AT-CONVENTION PICKUP If we are attending the same convention, we may be able to do at-con pickup. Anyone who agrees to pick up an order at a convention or in person MUST PAY IN FULL BEFORE THE CONVENTION.
DEADLINES Ear and small parts commissions may take a month to complete, and all other commissions may take a minimum of 2 months to be completed, give or take complexity. Rush orders will not be accepted if I have something in my queue, but I will possibly accept rush orders if no one is before you for an extra fee.
Refunds on fursuits of any type can only be made if the suit is under 30% completion, meaning up to where the base is finished. Refunds do not include the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your commission you will be put on a 2 year blacklist, meaning you can't commission again during that time period.
We reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time that we see fit. If we cancel, you will receive a refund.
If you cancel your commission, we reserve the right to use what has been made, and will alter it from your design and sell it later.
We do not accept returns. Once the item is made and has been shipped out, we will not accept returns of any kind.
If item is damaged directly out of the box, please email us with photos within 24 hours of delivery date, including the box.
Refunds or exchanges on items that you have not received but have been marked as "delivered" on the tracking will not be granted. Contact your local post office for issues with delivery.
I build my suits to last, double checking and sewing seams. However, if your item becomes damaged due to something on my part (such as a seam coming apart, an eye starting to come out, etc) I will repair it for free within one month of receiving the item. You must pay for shipping.
I will repair accidental damage or wear and tear damage for a fee, to be determined per situation.
I will not repair anything that is due to obvious misuse of or purposeful harm to the product (an obvious stab or cut in the fabric, eyes obviously ripped out, ears ripped off, neck ripped off, etc).
